+ Bug fix for periodic boundary 4 - now the boundary is properly applied on geometry when is defined as a separate thread in thread_params.cfg file.
+ Added new parameters for the periodic boundary: LinkedPeriodicBoundaryShift and AddNNonEdges.
+ New case examples for periodic boundaries: Serpentine_periodic, Hexagon_periodic, Circular_periodic and for pressure boundary: Hexagon_pressure.
